COPAY is an idea for a healthcare billing platform that combines the processes of receiving, understanding and paying all of the user’s medical billing.

The Problem: Streamlining health insurance and lessening the need for communication with insurance providers. After conducting interviews and desktop research, I found a common and manageable pain point in the healthcare journey was billing: the number of bills, the confusion over insurance coverage and the length of time it can take to settle a round of bills.

The Solution: A platform that feeds all healthcare bills into a single portal for each user with a user friendly dashboard and interface to clarify how far through each billing cycle they are, which are outstanding, which need attention and so on.
